Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to Milan Smart Gear. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of products and services by Milan Smart Gear through our physical shop at Posta Building, Shop Number 10E, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi, and any other platform we may use to conduct business.
By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Products and Availability
- All products listed for sale are subject to availability.
- Milan Smart Gear reserves the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
- Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment must be made in full before goods are released. We accept cash, mobile money (e.g., M-Pesa), and EFT.
3. Warranty and Guarantee
- Warranty periods vary depending on the product and manufacturer.
- Milan Smart Gear only honours warranties for products sold directly through our shop.
- Warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Damage due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
4. Returns and Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase if:
- The item is unused and in original packaging.
- The original receipt is provided.
- Returns due to change of mind are not accepted for electronic items.
- Faulty items will be exchanged or repaired based on the warranty policy.
5. Delivery and Collection
- For online or remote orders, delivery charges may apply based on location.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to change based on logistics and availability.
- Customers must inspect items upon delivery or collection and report any issues immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Damage caused by improper use of products.
- Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the item in question, subject to these Terms.
7. Customer Data and Privacy
- Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or in Kenyan courts, if necessary.
9. Amendments
Milan Smart Gear reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via our website or shop notice board.
